Beefy Trail, Inc. v. Beefy King Int'l Inc.
The name of this case is awesome. Unfortunately, when I looked it up, it was a boring franchising contracts case.
I wish that it had instead been some kind of trademark dispute between two professional fighters with similar names...or else was not a lawsuit at all, but rather just a match between two such fighters.

I'm guessing the Beefy King was trying to exercise ownership rights over the security on Beefy Trail, which, though the royal highway, had recently become fraught with hambrigands.
